The open design of the 4,000 sq ft villa allows a dazzling view of the Caribbean Sea from every room, beginning the moment you walk through the entrance. The 34-foot sliding glass doors with optional screens completely open to the pool patio to blend the indoors and outdoors. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room.

 

Living Area

The main level features seating options perfect to enjoy the magnificent seascape, read a book or watch television. There is a multi zone SONOS stereo system with which you can stream your music or attach your own device. The dining area includes a spacious dining table, comfortable side chairs and a convenient bar-refrigerator. A powder room is found just off the front entry of the home.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen has everything necessary to prepare a quick breakfast, a poolside snack, or a gourmet meal. When you don’t want to cook or grill, there is a lovely waterside restaurant and bar you can walk to, or the option of a short drive to any of the island’s other restaurants, ranging from very casual to sophisticated gourmet.
